Good morning all -
Taking a break at work and thought I would get my posting done early for a change today.
QOTD: I am happy right now that I have a lot more energy right now than I did 70 pounds ago. I can walk around my 1 mile delivery route and not get winded at all, it is a really nice feeling. I end up doing the full route once a day and a partial route at least once most days it is twice, and honestly they were the worst parts of my day. Now I look forward to the walk, what a difference a 4 1/2 months have made.
Today's menu:
Breakfast - turkey stick, tuna creations, Greek yogurt
Lunch - shrimp w/ ****tail sauce, romaine lettuce salad with veggies
Dinner - 4.5 ounces chicken breast, riced veggies
Snack - 2 HB eggs, turkey stick (2)
Calories - 1071, Protein - 134, Carbs - 58

Good morning and happy Saturday!! I don't mind the rain as much when I don't have to commute in it. Having learned how to drive in MA during winter, I feel a lot people in CA just don't know how to drive and they make it stressful for no reason. I know it's just rain, but you'd be surprised.
QOTD - Right now, making me happy is my yummy coffee, it's Saturday of a 3 day weekend, I'm watching food network, surfing the net, I have 3 dogs and a cat snuggled up next to me! Not too shabby for Amy!

QOTD: I don't know why, but with these days off of work and sitting on the couch not quite feeling up to snuff, I find myself inordinately amused and loving the super fat squirrel that comes on to our patio and snacks on the birdseed out there. Hubby wonders if the thing is pregnant. It's adorable either way, even though we shouldn't be allowing it to eat the birds' food. It's so fluffy!!

QOTD: I am happily anticipating Jim and I flying to NOLA for Mardi Gras!! Happy I will be comfortable in my seat, -56 lbs give or take, from last years vacation flight. :)
