I love Trader Joe's frozen cauliflower rice. No problem. Wendy's chili doesn't have enough meat! Panera's turkey chili is good (I pull out the garbanzo beans because I don't like them). Chicken is better soaked in chicken broth.
It's funny how most of us react differently!

I am okay with waiting a bit...
I am enjoying my vegetarian journey.
I only really miss the hamburger and it is usually loaded with onions, tomatoes, pickles, feta cheese, mayo & ketchup nestled in a beautiful bun..... Argh... I do really miss it BUT it...
Gonna continue my slow and sure and reintroduce in a few weeks!

IN THE END WE ONLY REGRET CHANCES WE DIDN'T TAKE.
That is so me. I struggle with certain foods but especially chicken breast, tuna, shrimp, anything ground. Sometimes my pouch hurts for hours after I eat. And nothing to do with quantity or how fast I eat, or how much I chew. I am 5+ months out and it happens less but still happens. I still fall back on my protein powders, greek yogurt and Premier Protein after an episode to calm things down. Make Wendys chili yourself and add more meat... I do and love it!
