I made that last night too!!!
I used hot italian sausage and ground beef... then I made vegetti zucchinni sauteed in olive oil and garlic, sprinkled with Parmesan! Yum!!

I don't know what this is, but man it looks yummy!!! Is this your pork/burger ricotta bake? Can you post your recipe for it! I so need some new food in my rotation!

Photo Friday: I don't have a cell phone, but here is the last photo I took with my camera. We found a wooly bear caterpillar on the driveway a few months ago. We brought him inside, put him in a jar, fed him lettuce and managed to keep him alive until he spun a cocoon! A few days ago he hatched from the cocoon into a tiger moth. This picture is of the tiger moth on a piece of lettuce next to the empty cocoon. So far we've managed to keep the tiger moth alive. I hope we can keep him alive until Spring when we can let him go. Nature, how awesome!
