Good morning! Wow, I'm glad I logged my weight in MFP and took a screenshot before coming here! I wanted to post this anyway. 35.8 lbs down and 32 day streak logging in to MFP! Daisy, we had so much fun with our photo booth at the family reunion last summer. I think I will do it next time too.
We are headed to the great white north tonight. I'm so excited. Haven't seen my bestie since last August- but we chat daily! Her kids have been texting my kids, toboggans and skates are loaded in the van. Can't wait! I just have to figure out what I need to pack for food.
I skipped a day of my workout yesterday. On Wednesday I was up really early to do it, and then a busy day getting down to Toronto and back home again that yesterday I was just not up for it. But I will be back at it today.
B: Skyr yogurt- I didn't make enough homemade yogurt this week so hubby picked up some of this for me. I love skyr so I'm happy to switch back and forth.
Lunch- maybe a soup or protein shake from the supplies Daisy gave me! So excited to try this stuff.
Dinner- we will be on the road so it's definitely a protein shake for me.
