Keep coming here and supporting others. It does help. Even if you are having a day which may suck. You can post it and you can feel better. 

There are people out in the real world who have no clue what it is like to have a weight problem. We all do.

Don't worry too much. Stay focused on taking care of you. Old habits can creep up on us. But when you see them coming you can come here and post and get help. 

My life is so much better now after surgery. So much. I wouldn't change a thing.

I lost all my weight (and got to 15 pounds below goal) in 8 months.  I don't think it's an uncommon thing to lose all your excess weight in less than a year.  I've been reading and participating on OH for going on 10 years.  I've seen a lot  of people who lose 100% in less than a year. 

I have also maintained (within 5 pounds of my lowest weight) that loss for 6 years.  As long as we're passing out trophies....just sayin'....
