Hello everyone! Hope everyone had a great Valentines day however you wished to celebrate or not celebrate. My hubby enjoyed his surprise (pics below). Our Triple-A affiliate of the Houston Astros had a thing that you could have the mascot deliver a valentine gram. So I had one of my hubby's co-workers plan a "meeting" for him at 1:30. He got 2 tickets to a game this coming season, a giant chocolate covered apple and flowers. They took some great pics for me.
QOTD: As many have heard, we have been getting much more rain than we are used to this year and I really dislike the heat in the Summer but it's where I was raised so I am pretty much used to it.
Time since surgery: 2 years, 6 months
B: SF latte, eggbeaters, ½ an orange and 2 turkey sausage links
L: Spaghetti squash grilled chicken casserole and carrots
S: SF latte, Yoplait Greek 100 raspberry yogurt, jerky pack
D: 3 oz roast and a spinach side salad with cheese and skinny girl poppyseed dressing, small square of 83% intense dark chocolate
S: decaf latte
E: 45 mins stepper this morning and 40 mins of elliptical at lunch
V/W: On track
