It was so good! I might have a little side with my steak tonight! Super simple. Tomato, onion, a few jalapeno peppers and 1/2 tsp green chili sauce so it is super simple.

Hello everyone,

QOTD: sleep is good. I listen to relaxation music and it helps a lot. Pooping is better now that I eat 1 or 2 forkfuls of broccoli rabe with EVOO and garlic daily or every other day.

B: 2eggs, 2 strips bacon, 1/2 oz cheese

L: 1 1/2 oz pastrami, 1 1/2 oz turkey breast

s: 2oz turkey breast

D: 3oz rib eye, 1tbsp home made guacomole

S: 1/2 chobani plain greek yogurt

Omg I get the no sleeping!!  It's crazy.  I hope you and daizymom had a nice time.
