QOTD: sleep is good. I listen to relaxation music and it helps a lot. Pooping is better now that I eat 1 or 2 forkfuls of broccoli rabe with EVOO and garlic daily or every other day.

L: 1 1/2 oz pastrami, 1 1/2 oz turkey breast
s: 2oz turkey breast
D: 3oz rib eye, 1tbsp home made guacomole
S: 1/2 chobani plain greek yogurt
