This is a sentence I want in my life!!!! He is the WORST dancer but oh my goodness this would be soooooo much fun!!!! I may talk him into moving the XBOX to the living room and trying this out. I don't have a Dance game but I do have Zumba. That might work.

Hey Hey! Good morning, All!
I too am struggling with both issues haha. There is a tea that I use from time to time called Smooth Move from a company called Traditional Medicinals that helps "move things along"... I highly recommend it if you haven't tried it. One thing to remember if you're going to try the tea - DON'T have more than one cup. You're gonna regret it if you do. As far as sleep goes, I sometimes will put headphones on and listen to a guided sleep meditation. Sometimes it helps annnd sometimes I still end up staring at the ceiling for several hours haha.
QOTD: I am so frustrated with Mother Nature right now. I'm a lifetime Alaskan and it's been crazy up here lately. It keeps going from below zero freezing cold to above 40 and slushy as all get out. Then it freezes again and it's like everyone forgets how to drive and you really have to watch out for the speed racers that think their cars are invincible. This morning when I went outside I noticed that my car slid all the way down to the bottom of our driveway because of how icy it's been. It's like a thick sheet of ice with melty water running over it I cannot wait for spring to come along - hopefully it stays when that happens. You just never know up here!
