I usually do Metamucil for two days and then Miralax for one - although sometimes I have to do Miralax more often and/or take a shot of Milk of Magnesia for a night or two.  It's a never-ending battle...

Costco and Sam's have their own brand. It is much more reasonable. Plus they often have nice sale on that. Last time I bought them for app $17 for a pack of 3 huge bottles. I have at least 6 months worth. Lol..

Costco!!! Never thought of it.  Fred Meyer has a brand that is $5 less... $18 instead of $24, but I wondered whether it would dissolve like the Miralax.  On my list, thanks!

coconut chicken red curry with cauliflower rice?  Hmmmm....I'll add that one to my list!

It is so good.  Lite coconut milk, package of TJs peppers and onions, sliced chicken breast, red panang curry paste.  Fry curry paste for a couple of minutes, add coconut milk peppers and chicken.  Cook for a few minutes, serve over sautéed cauliflower rice.

easy-peasy - I've made Thai-style curries that way as well!  And I have red panang curry paste at home, too!

Good morning everyone!! Sleep is a blessed thing I tell you. BF has insomnia and I'm a light sleeper, so I am very aware of his tossing and turning and getting up. The better he sleeps, the better I sleep. On a different 'sleep' note, BF said he couldn't remember the last time he heard me snore!! According to my son, at times I was very loud and sounded like a bear. How lovely, right? BF said he though it was cute, ha - okay you sweet man!

QOTD - Honestly, I live on the California Coast which gives me no right to complain about the weather!

12+ weeks since surgery

d -left over Chinese - egg foo young or kung pao chicken

v/l - great!

Updating with my lunch for the day.  The coworkers ordered from Qdoba, and I had never had anything there before. I ordered a burrito bowl, no rice with adobo chicken, black beans, pico de gallo and shredded cheese.  

I've eaten like 5 bites and I'm completely STUFFED!  Good to know that it's pretty doable for me.  I have enough here to last for like 3 or 4 more meals.

lol - we go to Chipotle which is pretty close to Qdoba.  I get the burrito bowl and it lasts literally the entire week ;)
