B:  bacon & spinach egg frittata

L:  homemade chili

D:  chili cheese dog

S:  Light n Fit Greek Yogurt

S:  Prosciutto & mozzarella sticks

Exercise:  Walking Blossom around the subdivision.

First off, happy 17th to Daisy and Arun and lots of love to each and every one of you here. I'm so thankful we're all here to keep each other motivated and accountable.  QOTD we don't do anything special I also for Valentines day as we buy things we want as we go along through the year. We'll just have an evening at home like any other day. Lily and I have our 3.2 miles in already. Lily got her stitches out yesterday and got a clean bill of health. The vet said to keep a close eye as we always do for any other lumps but feels there should be no further problems.  Post op 4 years 5.25 months and weight at 117 even today. No extra nibbles yesterday although I was very tempted before bed. So tempted I got my knitting out to keep my hands busy. Whatever works Folks! Here's the food plan B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added L 1/2 c tuna salad 1/2 c diced tomatoes D 31/2 oz shrimp 1/2 c cheesy cauliflower S mission one chocolate brownie protein bar.  Have a great Valentines day everyone and make some smart choices that move you one step closer to your goal!  You deserve it!

Good morning and Happy Valentine's Day everyone!

we don't do a lot for Valentine's Day. I don't even think we did cards this year. My sister just mentioned cupcakes so I guess I will make some for hubby and the kids. They will all be happy with that. Especially my hubby- he loves chocolate cake. Should get that done so they're ready before he goes to work at 1:00. This weekend is Family Day weekend here and we always do something with my bestie's family. As long as oldest son can get out of his shift on Saturday, we will be heading 3 hours north.  They have 4 feet of snow!  We usually go tobogganing and they also have a skating rink set up in their front yard. Their kids and our kids are all great friends so it's usually a great weekend for everyone.

Menu today:

B: My homemade Greek yogurt was the bomb so that's what's for breakfast. I am so pleased with how well it turned out.

L: Coffee Protein shake

S: chicken I think. Or fish.

Sounds like a fun weekend!!! Just set me by the fire after each trip down on the toboggan and let me defrost! Hahaha!

I won't be tobogganing this time. 5 weeks out and I'm not going to take chances. Sitting by the fire- that I can do. Her dad usually sets up a fire for us about halfway up the toboggan hill. I will be wearing many layers.
