Good Morning everyone-Happy Valentine's everyone-and Happy Anniversary to you Daisydoo02, My hubby and I celebrate our 27th anniversary this month as well . For Valentine's he typically gets me flowers on his way home from work and I am hoping he know's enough to NOT get me chocolate this year!!
It's still cold here but the sun is out already and I will take that for sure!! If it could be sunny all the time I wouldn't mind the snow or cold so much. Yesterday's menu ended up looking like this B: coffee L: bunless burger on good old George Foreman D: first ever crack chicken!!!! .
Plans for today is to go grocery shopping and make a few of these recipes I seen on this site and others to freeze. That way I always have something to make easily on our game nights to avoid joining in on pizza!
I had a container of frozen (OK, so I warmed it up!) crack chicken AGAIN this morning!!! I love that stuff, and I made a ton of it last time...

Hi all
QOTD: ummm we are going to captain d's for grilled white fish and taking mom. We had planned on celebrating valentines on Sunday with a nice meal out but DH got sick so those plans went out the window. I brought him chocolates from my chocolate class and found this amazing vintage Brooks leather zip coat. Fits him perfectly and is this pretty green gray color. Matches his green eyes. I have not gotten a gift and it is ok. I THINK he has mentioned to me he is getting me a month of unlimited yoga at the studio (but didn't want to mess up the surprise).
Leaving tomm for short vacation. plus we will be eating some amazing food while down there so not worried...
Food for today: leftover gizzards/coffee/yogurt/kale/rest of crack chicken fish
So- I'm starting to get pressure to 'stop losing' and I'm not ok with it. DH said something last night again. I'm still going to work for a few more pounds and also continue toning up where I can. I'm just not plain ready to stop yet. HUMPH- going to see a therapist on monday - we will talk about this as a point. First time going since the pre surg shrink tests.

It is tough when people start telling you what you should or shouldn't weight. Interestingly, my surgeon said that the body has sort of an automatic leveling effect and that you will typically stop losing where you body is most comfortable. Every time I think I am done losing, I stabilize a while, then lose some more. I think I am about where I should be now, but my body may continue to lose. I never imagined I would get this low. But truly, it is your decision, not other peoples. Just make sure that you are getting enough nutrition and protein along the way. Have a great vacation!

Happy Valentine's Day menu buddies!
I'm finally feeling human again, yay! Of course that means I get to spend today catching up on ALL the stuff that got shoved off while I was at death's door (at least that's what it felt like anyways )
QOTD: Valentines day used to revolve around having a nice dinner out, but we've seriously been under the weather the last two valentine's days running (last year hubby had pneumonia) so I don't think we have any plans.....the mere thought of a heavy dinner makes my stomach cringe.

B: Greek Yogurt, Raspberries, Decaf Tea w/FF 1/2 and 1/2
TBD on everything else depending on how the yogurt sits, my tummy is still very talkative so I'm taking it slow!
