For real??? I have noticed that if I strain the yogurt a long time it has an almost butter like texture.  Is that what cream cheese is? This is pretty cool. I am totally trying this next yogurt batch!

It is very good, but this would not be a tier 1 choice for me early out from surgery as there are several ingredients in it that bump the calories. If you do with plain greek yogurt or the greek Eliz is talking about maybe it would be a bit better to calm my calorie obsessed mind.

but that is just my looney opinion and you know what they say about opinions...

Thanks for asking Mary, I was about to do so, myself. This is exciting because is something I know my family will love when I get to full foods and am further along in my weight loss.

Nice.  Sounds like a good first use of the IP that I found gathering dust in the basement.  I'm going to sub in Bacon substitute like Morningstar and like the idea of the greek yogurt cream cheese.

Looking at the links it seems difficult to take an appetizing picture.
