Busy but good weekend here. Hubby had a cowboy shoot Saturday at the local shooting complex about 2 hours from our home. They have a campground so we took off Friday night and stayed there til the shoot Saturday. Lily came with us and stayed in the camper while the shoot was going. Then for supper we drove 15 miles to the United Methodist Church where one of my pastor friends serves and ate at the youth group spaghetti supper. It was a fundraiser so the youth can go to camp this summer. Don't usually eat pasta but this was a good cause. I had salad and about 1/3 of a child's serving of  pasta. Lily and I have our 3.2 miles in already today. QOTD yes my skin is very dry year round. I use a variety of lotions and apply them several times a day. Those with Shea Butter seem to work the best. Post op 4 years 5.25 months and weight at 117.6 today. Here's the eats B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added L 1/2 c chicken salad 1/2 c sliced tomatoes D 31/2 oz ribeye eye 1/2 c Brussels sprouts S mission one chocolate brownie protein bar. Have a great day everyone and make some smart choices that move you one step closer to your goal!

Gosh, I can't imagine living in all that snow! I was thinking about you DD2 and all your snow this weekend at my daughters softball tournament. The temp was in the 90's and we are all sunburned! We were so concerned about the girls overheating on the field!

QOTD: I am extremely dry and I've never been that way before. We have so much humidity that used to keep me from getting that way. I'm looking at my hangnails as I'm typing this. Also, I'm looking older as I lose weight! I have WRINKLES!!! I did not have those before . I bought some face moisturizer to put on at night but I always forget because I've never had to. I really gotta get better at it!

B - Coffee with creamer, beef rib

L- bacon wrapped shrimp

S - cheese

D- Smothered chicken breast with onions, mushrooms and jack cheese

S- yogurt

I jokingly tell my hubby I look like my mother since I lost my weight. Sadly it's true though. But I feel so much better it's really worth all the wrinkles and saggy skin. It has made me very aware of my gray roots so I make sure to keep them well covered because that makes it even worse.
