Good morning DD2 and Menu Fam!
Daisy: you're looking great and the pups are looking happy, sturdy and handsome! I cant believe the snow you hve up there, where as yesterday it got to 80 where I am! the world has strange weather!
Hope everyone's doing well! with the new job that keeps me busy during the day and packing the current house at night, and making decisions on the new home this past weekend, its been a challege to get here every day, so here i am this morning. I miss you guys and I'm trying to get back here!
Last night, in the midst of all the packing, I was still able to do a frittata for the next week or so's "packed breakfast." Inspired by Starbuck's gruyere bacon eggbites, I used a swiss/gruyere blend, garlic, asparagus, and pancetta to make this egg bake! Tried a bite fresh out of hte oven last night and it is divine. I can't wait to eat it this for my 10am breakfast! The packing has me stressed so yesterday I went off plan throughout the day.. i had half of a blueberry muffin my husband made for breakfast, and i couple mini chips ahoy cookies. I really need to get it together!
QOTD: Yes i feel really dry now. I use a lot of lotion and moisturizer. I try to remember to drink water often but I need to work on that!

QOTD : This is my first winter that I'm not all dried out. About 10 months ago I started using essential oils. I make my own body lotion with coconut oil and Shea Butter as a base. Then I whip in my oils. My skin has never felt better.
I had a very busy weekend and have some awesome news to share. I guess you could say this is my biggest NSV. After being on long-term disability for almost 4 years, I am starting back to work today. I'm on a modified gradual return to work program.Working 4 hrs a day for 3 weeks then 6 hrs a day for 3 weeks then I return to full time duties. I am a PSW and work in a long-term care facility that is run by the county. I'm nervous but also so grateful to be going back to work. Please wish me luck.
