What's on Your Saturday Menu, RNYers?
1 Cup of Almond milk or skim milk, 2 scoops vanilla or chocolate protein powder...whiz it up in a blender, (I use a magic bullet)
Substitute it for your creamer/milk. It gets wicked frothy like a latte and it is delish! It USUALLY makes enough for 2 cups which is what I limit my caffeine intake to daily.

Hi! New Bedford is so close! Grim and I are in Brockton!
Howdy! Just getting back from Walmart, since hubby is still feeling under the weather I had to make the Walmart trip this weekend. Hope you get the extra day off, and get out there and make a snowman (I'll need a pic of that). Have fun shopping and spending time with family.

That's a great idea! I have been working with people that have special needs for 25 years. I've worked my way up through the years and currently I run a group home and 3 independent living programs. I manage 7 residents and have 18 wonderful staff that work under me. I really hope the class works out for two of you!

Sounds like Karate would be a great way to stay in shape, now that you are down some weight! Look into it!
Still on Maui here, slow start to the morning as it is a little rainy so we are going shopping! Yeah to shopping!,
This is my first real vacation in a long time, and certainly my first post Rny..and more than a week with travelling. So I will say I am nervous about the whole aftermath, I always say routine is our friend..,and learning to navigate non routine is challenging...and yes alcoholic beverages have happened which is not my routine either...
QOTD: I was always a musical dropout. Taught myself to play guitar and wish I still did it. Bought myself a hammered dulcimer a few years ago and it sits there
