bounceback/regain
so i posted a while ago about a 13 pound gain during large dose steriods. ive literally tried EVERYTHING to get it off and im a spaz now. not only did i not reach my goal but my jeans are too tight and i refuse to buy new ones. ive read about regain and bounceback weight but i cant find anything about how to get it off!!!! im exercising, i am eating perfect, im drinking water....what do i do???
If you are holding steady at 900 then you will need to take in less calories to lose. I would try going down to 700 and see if that moves the scale.

How long have you been working this plan?
If you've added new or more intense exercise, you could be burning fat, but holding on to a lot of water. New and hard exercise will stall you for sure.
In my experience, whenever you've been maintaining or gaining and cut back, there is always a three week stall to go through.
