Good Morning and happy Fri-YAY! Love the pics Daisy! Our weekend plans seem to be nada since hubby is most likely down with a nasty cold/flu (I hope he doesn't share it!) but I do need to go see my bro-in-law since his birthday was Wednesday.

L: Shredded chicken lettuce wrap tacos (sour cream and shredded cheese)

D: Fried egg, 2 slices thick bacon, FF cottage cheese and a decaf SF latte with fairlife later in the evening
E: 7 miles this morning and 40 mins of elliptical at lunch

Good morning menu folks. First off,honest disclosure here. I did not eat my planned steak last night because I found out it was national pizza day yesterday. Hubby took me out for dinner at the local real Italian place and we had extra thin crust all meat pizza with extra toppings. I had two small square pieces and it was delicious and guilt free too. So tonight will be steak. No walk yet but will hit the streets after lunch. Post op 4 years 5 months and weight at 116.8 today. Doing good staying away from extra bites but I am keeping anything tempting hidden. QOTD I work each Wednesday at the local food pantry and hubby and I are the directors. I always put extra food in the clients bags. I'm sure some get home and think I don't remember picking out that treat! I also frequently hold doors open for people and last week pitched in a few dollars to a person ahead of me in line so they didn't have to put an item back. I really try to live out my faith as I just can't stomach "fake" Christians. Weekend plans include laundry and cookie making today,cowboy shoot with hubby tomorrow and a cookie exchange after church on Sunday. Why now you might Say? It was supposed to be before Christmas but services were cancelled due to ice so we decided to do it now for Valentines day. Hubby is coming too so he can have lunch with us and pick his cookies out. Here's meals for today B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added L 1/2 c chicken salad 1/2 c tomato D 31/2 oz strip steak 1/2 c green beans S mission one chocolate brownie protein bar. Have a great weekend all. Pics are hubby and I 26 years ago at the one point in my adult life where I was a nearly normal size for about 3 months. My gosh we look so young!
