Having a hard time quitting
I quit 9/7/99 and many times before that.
There are many resources since the tobacco companies lost the lawsuit and had to give money to the states.
I say use any and all that you can get.
Hypnosis is particularly successful for stopping smoking because it's about breath. When we smoke we take deep breaths in. That feels good. The main way I quit and remained that way was really mastering deep abdominal breathing. Slow,full breaths whenever you want a cigarette. It is a little oxygen gift to your brain.
