I just today tried on a Medium LueLaRoe Carly dress with leggings - it fits and looks much better than the large!  I am ecstatic.

Still stuck at 165 though, gonna chuck my scale out the window if this continues much longer, lol.

Did I mention patience is not my strong suite?

My scale is about to meet yours outside in the cold weather, I completely understand!!!

I haven't tried this LueLaRoe business yet... I'm afraid my pocketbook will disown me if I dare even try one thing!

It is so addicting!!! Don't do it, I wish I could stop! LOL I say this as I wear my favorite Randy shirt in a size SMALL...

Yesterday I went for blood work and I sat down in the chair expecting to "adjust" myself in the seat (read: push myself as far back as possible) so that the arm could come down in front of me. I adjusted and pulled the arm down to see about 6" of space between it and me. Whaaaat?? Crazy.

Another thing that keeps happening is spontaneous jogging. I have played baseball for years, even at close to 400 lbs and the running was always hands down, without question the worst part. Now that I'm pushing myself to be more active I've been walking a lot and a couple times over the past week my legs just start jogging without informing my brain of their plan. It just happens. It doesn't last long but the fact that it happens at all....bizarre.

That spontaneous running has happened to me, chasing horses... they used to get away with a lot more, simply because I didn't have the energy to be jogging after them... now they don't know what to do because my legs just start running without me even thinking about it!

Good job!

This just happened...

Today I am wearing this microfiber (suede looking) fringed vest I bought a couple of weeks ago from the local boutique in our tiny town. I was so happy to be able to shop there, THEN, this was 1/2 price AND a size small (believe me, it'll fit most anyone because it's made that way, but still... a SMALL?)...

Anyway, the day I bought it I was over the moon about it. Then I started trying to wear it, and I couldn't' find the right outfit, right color, etc... and I felt stupid in it. I found this bright blue turtle neck (which I would have never worn before because my chin would be sitting on the material all day and drive me batty!), and today I wore it with jeans and brown boots.

One of my office sons (that's what I call them, the young 30-somethings that I get along with best of all up here) came by today and was going on and on about how great I looked in my new outfit, looked thinner (thanks, after all I ate yesterday, I know that's not true), younger, and more confident. That made me feel great! But even better when I told him the story of being scared to wear it... he told me that THIS is the kind of outfit that other women would look at me in and wish they had the body to be able to 'pull that outfit off' like I do.

This made him my favorite office son ever!!!
