What's on your Menu Today (Wednesday) RNYers?
HUGS.. so sorry you dealing with all of that.. I know it sucks...
may I suggest nuts? higher fat nuts? I keep them in a car. I can have a few a s I am driving.. then a few more... all adds up ...
I can't have most protein bars. The only bars my gut tolerates are Epic bars (made from meat). They are tasty enough for me to eat 1/2 or one when I get really hungry but nasty enough that I don't eat them just to eat food... WF sells them. I tolerate most except the sheep and pig.. beef, turkey, bison - are "eatable".

LOL Daisy. Coffee much?
QOTD: I used to love chocolate anything. I probably still do, actually. Not having it now, though. I did get a sugar free chocolate bar in my stocking at Christmas. I still have it... i break off a square every now and then but it does not taste very good. Easter could be a challenge though.

Still snowed in. I was unable to move this morning after my snow shoveling escapade. May rest up today... Have a great day everyone!
This is my first time posting here, and my "meals" won't be that exciting since I'm on my preop liquid diet but I figured it would help me not feel so alone on this journey.
Breakfast: a premier protein shake
snack: SF jello (yum)
lunch: chicken and herb broth (which to my surprise was pretty tasty)
30mins later: premier protein shake
afternoon snack: SF popsicle
dinner: Beef broth and protein shake
bedtime snack (which is a maybe): premier protein shake.
As of tight now im very much single. I will be spending Valentine's Day with the people who love me the most... my daughters and my mom. Who has shown me her support and is currently doing my liquid diet with me (except she is eating a meal a day, out of the home so I'm not tempted as well).
Welcome!!
That beef broth was my lifesaver... and I don't know why it tasted so much better than the chicken, but dangit, it did!
Glad you have such wonderful support there for you! You'll find a lot here too, and hope you post often!
