Thank you Teena for your love & prayers, means a lot to me that you would offer to help out my parents if needed, so sweet of you!
I get excited to read newbies NSVs it takes me back to when I was a newbie too! I so remember when I started to get my energy back, it was so wonderful!!! This is just the beginning of so many wonderful NSVs! So happy for you!
So far I've had a protein shake. TODAY is my first day at a new job. I'm sitting in the parking lot nervous and excited. I have no idea about the rest of the days food. I brought plenty of snacks, we will see how day one goes.

Daisy... I'm so sorry your mom had to get 'that call'... Ugh! Hopefully they've caught it in the very early stages, and she'll be through all the treatment in no time and back on track. My bestie since 8th grade was diagnosed in her 40's, and it was really a wake up call to keep those mammograms up to date! She's got this! Long road, but she's going to be OK in the end! You remember to take care of yourself too because you can't help her unless you help yourself first!
This morning I get this picture texted to me...
They're cute, right? I mean, we have horses,,, and that's our pasture... so what's so odd about this? THEY AREN'T OUR HORSES!!! Apparently two 'strays' snuck in a weak spot on our electric fence line. Problem is... they don't belong to our neighbors on our street... so we don't know who they belong to!!! Sigh... the excitement of living in small town rural America...
QOTD: In the last couple of days? Hmmm.... Well, let me keep this as PG13 rated as I can... bedroom activities last night... more momentum, better positioning, better views Oh, and then there's the me running for 2 minutes straight on the treadmill, TWICE during my 10 minute warm up yesterday... I couldn't have run 2 straight minutes TWICE in 10 minutes even a few months ago... But really, the first NSV was a lot more fun

That Chicken Crack is soooo addictive. It is the bacon. Nothing says "I love you" like bacon.
