Daisy I am so sorry to hear about your mom!! She and your whole family will be in my thoughts during this difficult time! NSV would have to be Sunday weigh in day said I was down 4 pounds this week. While I did eat pretty good all week I have a hard time believing it is accurate so I will wait until next week to be 100% sure it's right. And after all this salt in the ham from Super Bowl Sunday I am going to be holding a ton of water that will no doubt cause number to go back up.Yesterday's menu looked like this: B: coffee L: meat sticks 1/4 cup cottage cheese D: more Super Bowl Ham and pepper jack cheese S: pepperoni stick

Thank you Brandi for support!
I think your NSV is great! Keep up the great work!
Good Morning!
I am so very sorry to hear about your Mom. Praying for strength for her and your entire family, good health, and wisdom for her treatment team.
Today I am sitting through 8 hours of EPIC training and I am not looking forward to it. This is the the 3rd organization I have been with that uses EPIC, and each time I go through about 40 hours of training. Since there is no refrigerator I didn't bring a lunch, I'm weird about trusting a lunch box to keep it cold enough all day. I brought some trail mix and beef jerky, not sure what I will have for lunch. However, I did a quick walk through the cafe and it looks like there are some good choices. It's Taco Tuesday at our house for dinner, we make it with ground turkey instead of beef, and I make a salad for myself instead of using a shell.
I was talking to my cousin about my workout struggles since changing jobs and it was suggested I try C4 Pre-Workout. Any here ever give that a try?
Hmmm I'm having a hard time thinking of a NSV in the last couple days. I am pretty pumped I'm wearing a size 8 pair of jeans and a size S shirt - never in a million years would size 28 pants and 3XL shirt me thought that would ever be possible! Also, I have to park in a parking structure for work and have about a 12 minute walk from car to desk. It's actually enjoyable.
Hope everyone has a great day!

I'm worth it!
C-4 is a preworkout drink?
I use this I saw it recommended by a long-term WLS person... and started using it. It absolutely helps me roll out of bed and exercise...been using probably for a year and half. Put it in 16oz of water because I find the taste strong, and I figure the hydrating is good for me anyway as I haven't eaten yet. The scoop is actually bigger than the serving size(yeah they try and trick you to use more)... you have to go by the line on it, or I even use a little less to make it go further.
The price on Amazon fluctuates a lot...right now- ridiculous. Last time I bought it on Netrition.com because their prices are steady and what they should be... and I order other stuff from them too... they have flat $5.99 shipping no matter how big the box.
I see cheaper ones at walmart, Sam's BJ's etc.... but once you like something you just stick with it, and this one is geared for people losing, some are geared for weight gain...
and yay!!! for size 8 and a small top... coming from a size 18 and bigger sometimes pant, and 3xl top...I never thought single digits and small were possible....

Thanks Danielle for your prayers & support
Your NSV is awesome, size S shirt, yahoo! And for sure walking 12 minutes from the car to the office is epic (see what I did there, sorry you have to do the training over and over LOL), some people commute less in thier car to work ha ha
Keep up the awesome job and keep those NSVs coming!
