My prayers go out to you and your family.

I have had several friends diagnosed with cancer over the years, and yes it is devastating, but I have seen so much hope and positive recovery results. So much more than years past.

Hope the best for your Mom.

Its so nice to hear that there are positive recovery stories out there! And yes my fingers are crossed that the medical advances that have been made in cancer research will benefit Mom.

Daisy, my heart and prayers go out to you and your family.

QOTD:  I can't think of any particular NSV lately.  I guess yesterday when I was walking Blossom up the hill in our subdivision, I was remembering walking up that hill when I was MO and how hard it was to make it up the hill and how easy it is now and how I can walk up it fast without panting or sweating at all.

B:  1 bacon & spinach egg frittata

L:  Jack Daniel's pulled chicken

D:  Lettuce, chicken, cheese, nuts, low cal dressing

S:  Light n Fit Greek yogurt

S:  Prosciutto wrapped mozzarella cheese sticks

Exercise:  Walking Blossom around the neighborhood

Have a great day everyone!

So appreciate the support & prayers for my family!

I think your NSV is awesome!  Walking our dogs is such a wonderful time to bond and I know when I was MO I hated walking them, it was too hard so being able to go up a hill is fantastic!  Keep at it, before you know it you will be power walking up that hill with Blossom!
