I can't believe there are random horses in your back yard, they are beautiful! But how do you deal with that? So foreign to me, a subdivision girl!
Your NSV made me smile! Nothing better than getting your freak on and having NSVs while doing it, you crack me up! And running on the treadmill, awesome, before you know it it will be 5 mins, then 10 mins, then 30 mins, I can't wait for you to hit that!

Daisy, unfortunately too many of us, myself included, have been on the receiving end of a call like that. The emotions are overwhelming and there's nothing else you can think about. Please do everything you can to continue to take care of yourself and fight to stay positive. I hope you and your family find comfort in each other and the strength you need to win this fight. Stay strong.
QOTD There have been a few things I've noticed in the past few days that I would say are NSVs. My mindset on exercise being the big one. I want to do it now and I'm setting goals to push myself even harder. I've been trying to walk as much as possible and yesterday I got over 30000 steps in. My clothes are getting looser and I'm noticing that I have bones under all this mess. Last night I was playing with the dog and starting running....running...on purpose.... without being chased.
B- coffee w/ SF hazelnut
L- chicken breast, 1 tbs tzatziki
D- tri tip steak
S- protein drink
totals 507 cal, 82g protein, 1g carbs

That spontaneous running business is pretty cool! I've found myself running after a horse or two in the pasture lately, and I just smile to myself and think "That would have never happened 100lbs ago!)

Love your NSV! Walking is how I started to get my exercise and before you know it you will be craving more of it! And so great that your clothes are getting more lose, you are doing great!
