How long after surgery was your first weightloss stall?
I've been pretty much the same for the last two weeks and it's really bugging me. I feel like I should be having more than two months of weightloss before stalling out. I'm just curious as to when your first stall or plateau was after surgery? Is this at all common?
It keeps running through my head (which I do stop when it happens) that what if this is it? What if this is as far as the RNY has got me and this is all. But then I think, that can't be.
Any thoughts my friends?

This is normal and may happen more than once. Stay focused, take it one day at a time and try mixing it up with the food and if you are not moving do....if you are try something different. I don't mean to freak you out, but I lost and didn't hit a stahl until 8 months out. When I did the sucker lasted 9 weeks Yes you read right 9 weeks. I put my head down, ate clean daily and worked out. Once the scales started to move again they didn't stop until I passed my goal weight. Good luck!!

I never really had a stall or plateau. But then again I only weighed myself once a week, on Mondays (I loved Mondays).
Stop worrying, stop weighing, eat high protein, high healthy fat, low carb/sugar, drink water, take vitamins and relax :)

Good morning!
I was at a stall 3rd week in. I lost 23 lbs. in my first 4 weeks.
I often wonder, how on earth could I not have lost a pound all week. Then a couple of days later, I am down 5 lbs.
I have noticed that even though the scale hasn't moved, I look smaller. I have decided to not get caught up in the obsession of losing weight based on what the scale says.
My advice take pictures regularly, take all your vitamins, drink your water, protein, eat clean, journal, track food, walk or exercise, rest....

Take care & good luck
