What's on your Menu today (Monday) RNYers?
Oh, and it's weigh in day...I had .2 pounds lost. Sigh. I haven't had a decent loss since CAMAW. I'm seriously thinking of booting CAMAW back up for myself if I don't have a good result next Monday until I get down my 100 pounds. I *reallyreally* wanna be down 100 pounds. lol!

QOTD: on the introvert/extrovert scale, I'm sort of in the middle. It somewhat depends on if you're using the popular definition or a psychologist's definition, but this is probably the best way to explain it - I tend towards introversion, but I'm not shy. Like Daisy, I have no problem with public speaking, and I can be very social. I have strong interpersonal skills. But when things are bothering me or when I need to re-charge my batteries, I'm more likely to retreat inward than outward (which is more in line with the psychological definition).
Annual performance eval later on this morning. Ugh. Plus I may ask for a couple of weeks off to go to back to North Carolina to visit my father. Ugh (not ugh to the visit - but ugh for asking for more leave....).

I'm going to jump in and start posting here if I may. I am almost 7 weeks out from gastric bypass.
QOTD: Definitely an introvert. I love my job, but it requires constant face to face contact with many people through the day, so I am mentally exhausted at night. I would love to cocoon myself away from people on the weekend, but my extrovert husband keeps me from being a complete hermit. I'm glad I have him to help balance me out and challenge me to do new things.

Good (sleepy) morning menu crew!
The game was great last night! While I wasn't rooting for NE - it's really hard to being a Steeler fan - I KNEW that the Falcons were going to end up losing because that is what NE does! They always manage to come back, no matter what when it matters most. A friend said her son described NE as 'dead' at halftime... I responded and told her that NE is like a possum! They're just playing dead! At any rate, it was fun to have a close game! I missed so many of the commercials - the downside to having people over, I guess... but I did see some pretty funny ones! The scale is being mean to me... but I can't say I don't deserve it... Back to the grind today!
Funny thing is, I am sitting here in a pair of size 8 Target brand jeggings that I got last week and they are perfectly comfortable... that and my new 34G bra! (WTH?? the only other time I've ever owned a G cup were my nursing bras! The girls aren't giving up the fight during this weight loss, that's for sure. But I am very pleased with my back cooperating... I've gone from a 42 to a 34!). So all is not lost, but I have to pay more attention and not let the snack monster get me...

QOTD: So I'm a pretty much full fledged extrovert. Like Julia, I've noticed that, while not more shy and timid, I'm more reserved than I was earlier in my life... I think it has more to do with being older though than anything else... I do love being the center of attention though - most of the time - and I LOVE talking to people! I think that's why I love my Realtor gig, and I do hope one day I get the guts to do it full time!

L: Chicken Crack 3 ounces (this was such a huge hit with everyone in the family!)
D: leftovers which consist of wings, burger bites, chicken crack, and sausage cheese dip... I'll have up to 3 ounces of a combination of that stuff
S: decaf latte with 2 ounces of Fairlife milk
Today the load of (free) plywood gets delivered for the new chicken coop we are going to build! I'm going to have to paint all the boards this time before we put the thing together... this should prove to be a great workout for my arms, no??!
