Hey yall

quick one for me. We did watch the game and it was so sad for us Atlanta folk. to lose with such a big margin. I made IP chicken wings, turkey chili. It was so yummy!  Leftover chili in the works. the wings fell off the bone. awesome!!

QOTD: I am an introvert until I get to know someone. I'm much better (and an extrovert) on a personal level than a mingler at a party. The issue is that my DH is extreme introvert so parties are hard for us unless it is a small gathering where we know lots of people. I always feel awkward inserting myself into conversations and feel out of place. Also im really hard of hearing at parties so I miss a lot of conversation which makes it worse.

Food yesterday was pretty good for me. went about 50 cal over because I discovered that Bakers bittersweet dark chocolate (for baking) is actually quite yummy and low in sugar so I had 3 small squares. and yes I logged it.

food for today: egg whites, coffee, miralax, chili, meat, meat, yogurt, chia, homemade koolaid drink with Splenda, not sure what else have lots of food I can fix.

Hi friends, I almost didn't post here because I am about to eat a whole lot of crap that no newbie (or anyone really) should see. But today is the last day of my 4 day weekend and we are going into Boston to celebrate Red Sox Truck Day! And afterwards we are going to lunch at SweetCheeks BBQ, where they have BISCUITS that I'd sell my mother for (hi mom!). Last time I tried, I only got about 1/2 of one down, but I vow to eat as much as my little pouch will let me. So wrong, I know, I know... 

QOTD: I used to be more of an extrovert than I am now. I'm not sure why but I am a little more shy and timid in social situations than I used to be. But at my core I am still an extrovert, because I could not handle being alone and not talking to people for more than 24 hours. I'd wither and die. Lol.
