What's on your Menu today (Monday) RNYers?
Hello all, finally up, awake and moving. I have been up long enough to have made and eaten dinner. I really like my job but I sure hate switching from nights to days. I have no problem switching from days to nights, but the first day of switching from nights to days really messes up my 1st day off. I have to nap a few hours in the morning and then make myself get up and get going so that I can go back to bed at a decent time in the evening. It also messes with my food intake and my water drinking. Ok enough whining.
QOTD - I am definitely an introvert, unless I am just with family and or friends, then I am an extrovert. I do wonder how much of that has to do with my weight and because of that my self esteem.

Breakfast - Turkey stick
Dinner - Butter Leaf Lettuce salad w/ green bell pepper, cauliflower, red diced onion, 5 oz chicken breast
Supper - Mock Spanish Rice

QOTD: I am more of an introvert than extrovert. I can be social but prefer very small groups for the most part. I am very claustrophobic and too many people make feel like I got to get the hell of the room.

QOTD: I'm mostly extrovert... but have times where anxiety creeps in. I am definitely a talker though...
I'm super proud of myself... I made the fam Norwegian meat cakes for dinner. It's a family favorite. I made it and I'm still on thin/clear liquids diet for another day or two. Very proud of myself for just doing it... and there's left overs for hubby which is what he was shooting for :D

S - Calcium citrate chews - I'm all about the lemon flavor. Four chews for 1000 mg of calcium.
