Good morning. Tried an old favorite Thai restaurant last night. It was great. Sadly only a few people there last night. I don't think they'll survive much longer. They made my stir fry with no oil or sugar. Served in a soy broth. It was so fresh tasting and good.
QOTD. I have a high tolerance for gross, so I'm not sure. Trader Joe's always has fun and strange stuff. My pick is their teriyaki seaweed snack. I'll leave my seaweed in my sushi or in a salad please.
B Hawaii 5 0 omelette (pineapple and ham)
L Thai chicken salad leftover from yesterday
Superbowl BBQ pulled pork and smoked sausage
snack Pizza protein puffs and 1/4 cup halo top
QOTD: I love Lewis Black! I think the brunch candy corn ties into the Lay's funky flavors LOL It's so nice when there are foods that I have no desire to try/eat!
I woke up with my first migraine since surgery. It was a lovely two weeks! I'll be hanging around the house with my Cefaly on (it's a TENS unit for the Trigeminal Nerve) because of the migraine. Food will look like it has the last few weeks LOL
B - First half cup of 1% milk with ffsf chocolate pudding mix and scoop of unflavored Unjury protein powder.
L - Second half of above LOL (totalling 8 ounces fluid intake and 29 grams of protein)
S - hot cocoa with unsweetened vanilla almond milk and scoop of chocolate unjury protein powder (8 ounces of fluid and 22 grams of protein)
D - cup of water with scoop of unjury chicken soup protein powder. (21 grams protein)
Also nursing flavored water all day to get me to my minimum goal of 8 cups of water (have had no problem reaching this goal lately.
Scale still not moving... and with migraine might not hit my goal of 7500 steps today. I'm okay with that though... I cannot wait to try something more like real food soon - making my shopping list for the Ricotta Bake might be nice to keep my eyes on the prize and moving forward!
Sorry to hear about the migraine. Hope it goes away quickly! I've only had one and I hope to god I never get another.
You are going to love the ricotta bake!
Just keep to your plan and the scale will start moving for you soon. I know it feels like torture!

Hi JB and everyone,
QOTD: I am the type of person that will try just about anything once so can't say I've seen anything unusual lately. I love to watch the TV show called Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern.
I grilled up a couple 2" inch rib eye steaks and fresh made kielbasa from a Polish deli. The sodium and fat content compared to the grocery store bought commercial stuff is so much less. It tastes like a completely different piece of meat.
You and Grim look amazing! That pig shot is great and totally Grim!
B: 2 eggs, 1 strip bacon
L: It's a mix, 1oz low sodium, 1oz kelibasa, 1oz rib eye
S: 2 oz low sodium turkey breast
D: 3.5 oz keilbasa
Cals:760, Carbs: 8, Fat: 45, Protein:82
For the Super Bowl watchers enjoy the game! Go Patriots!

I will come back later for a proper post= BUT if you are going to use IP for seafood you will probably need to use 1 min or zero and quick release. OR it might be better just to cook on stove for that amount of time :)
Message me if you have any questions on the yogurt - The most important steps are making your temp right in the stages...
