What's on Your Sunday Menu, RNYers?

Ewww!! Egg Nog always sounds gross but that is particularly egregious!
Good morning all.
I have seen some really nasty flavors of Jelly Belly Jelly beans.
Stinky Socks, Lawn Clippings, Rotten Egg, Barf, and Canned dog food to name a few. I have not tried them and I never will. I don't even know why they would make these flavors. But apparently someone buys them because they still sell them.
Menu:
Breakfast - Turkey stick, 8 oz Fairlife FF milk, Protein shake
Lunch - Butter Leaf Lettuce salad w/ cucumber, green bell pepper, yellow cherry tomatoes, 6 oz Shrimp
Dinner - Mock Spanish Rice
Snacks - 2 Turkey sticks, String Cheese, celery sticks, 2 laughing cow cheese wedges
My weight is finally dropping again after my setback with food on Tuesday. Yesterday's weigh in was finally lower than Tuesday morning. I know that is was mostly due to sodium, but it sure did take a long time to show a loss again. Since I am working nights I will not weigh until I get up this afternoon.
Hope everyone enjoys their day.

My 10 year old young friend came over with the gross jelly beans once. Most were disgusting (I didn't eat them, you can just tell from the smell) but I have to say, I was really digging the lawn clipping ones. God, can you tell I was a fat girl? I even like the grass flavored candy...
I googled "gross candy" and found this website: www.candyaddict.com/blog/top-10-grossest-candies/10-9-8/
So the wisdom is veggies...hmmmm... What was Grim's response to that? LOLOLOL.... I actually have been try to incorporate more of the green stuff...not salad so much, because if I buy it, even if I eat some, I end up throwing out so much...and it is an 'I have to be in the mood' food.... So fresh or frozen usually work best.
Can I vent aka whine here a little? Even though I always say you have to get over yourself and the fluctuations on the scale sometimes I fall into the emotional hole and am like WHAT? So I was low carb last week, meat a few green veggies.....and working on getting more water in, I get plenty of fluids just no****er...wanted to get back down to lower end of maintenance being a slice of pizza on Saturday night sent me up 3lbs... So I was down 6lbs by Friday, yay! Stayed the same Saturday, yay!... then yesterday I did make a bad choice and ate a serving and a half-ish of a SF protein Cheesecake I had made, but was 'virtuous' the rest of the day- omelette, costco chicken and veggies and a protein shake... I wasn't as good on the water, but again still had plenty of fluids overall- today up 2.8lbs...again, what? Everything went into MFP and it was good on virtual paper... rant over....
Can I also vent I am still suffering from the air freshener debacle...
QOTD: Can't think of any weird food I've seen lately.... but my Mother used to make us eat tongue when we kids... we didn't know any better...in those days you eat what's on the plate in front of you...no questions asked. But you always got to choose your Birthday meal... and one year my brother choose tongue...I still haven't forgiven him :)

On a high note I ordered 2 dress from macys.com this AM (25% off) as I have 2 weddings this spring... and one is my nephew, so I don't have a wedding- worthy dress I haven't worn to a recent family function. I can always return to macys if they don't work...
When the reviews complain about it being too tall, I know it is the one for me. In Navy
I've worn this brand before and it came to $29.99 with the sale

I have told you this before, but for me, between 2 and 3 years out is when **** got real for me. What used to work no longer worked and I had to be more careful. You will figure it all out.
I love the blue dress. I always need a new blue dress for our big annual alumni meeting, but sadly they don't have my size
