What's on your menu today (Saturday) ?
thanks! He's 81, but he comes from a family where people live forever (most of them live into their 90's). But he's got so many health issues that that's not gonna happen for him. His wife is 80 and has a lot of health issues as well (three strokes in the last year - although she's not nearly as bad as my dad is). My mom, on the other hand, is also 81 and could probably run circles around most 50-year-olds. But again, who knows when a shoe is going to drop. I hate going through this, but I"m at that age when a lot of us are dealing with this :-(

Good morning everyone. Its currently freezing rain here and I am so ready for spring. Its my 7 year old cousins Make a Wish party today and I am praying they can make it into town. He has battled leukemia for the past 2 years. He is officially cancer free and we all are so thankful.
QOTD- I am not much of a concert/music person. I took my daughter to Hannah Montana when she was 10. Does that count? lol I tend to shy away from large crowds. They just make me nervous.
My plan for today is-

L- 3 oz taco meat w/ 1 TBSP fresh salsa
D- 3 ounces shredded beef roast with 1 TBSP ketchup
S- chomps meat stick
