Morning!

fun weekend ahead. Ottawa is hosting the Junos (Canadian music awards) in April, and tonight there some kind of preview kickoff concert of local musicians. So we got tickets for that. And Sunday we're hosting super bowl.

good quotes daisy. The second is something I think about a lot.

Qotd: I have a Fitbit one, I think? It's the model that clips to your bras. I go through spurts. I'm not a fan of challenges with other people. I wear it most days, but I often don't check my count. Partly because the activites I do, don't really count for many steps, and I get bitter haha.

Menu:

B: premiere protein shake

L: leftover curried fish stew

D: not sure, we might go out to eat before the concert, if not, the fridge is full of leftovers from the week...probably taco meat.

Have a great weekend!

I forgot a photo! This pretty much sums up how I felt when I just looked up to see what time that concert starts tonight...

Love it.  I haven't seen a "regular time" movie in years.  We always go to the matinee.

Good Morning Daisy and Menu Family!

We got snow last night!  I'm not sure how much, but it's covering the ground.

QOTD:  I have a Fit*****arge HR that I bought for $25 on our area exchange.  It does pretty well, except I can't figure out how to get it to track my sleep and I'd like it to do that.  Does anyone have any suggestions on how to program it to do that?

My cousin gave me an amaryllis plant for Christmas this year and it's blooming now.

My other picture you may have seen already.  My two babies, Tippy, (Chihuahua) and Blossom, (Golden Retriever mix).  (Sorry Peach).

B:  bacon & spinach egg frittata

L:  lettuce, chicken breast, cheese, cranberries & nuts, low cal dressing

D:  chili cheese dog

S:  Light n Fit Greek yogurt

Exercise:  exercise bike

Have a great Friday and an awesome weekend everyone!

Do you check it on your computer? It should already be tracking your sleep but you won't see it on the Fitbit itself. I check mine on my phone but I think you said you don't have a smartphone.

RNY Jan 12, 2017 Lost 137 lbs but regained 60.

77 lbs lost and counting!

Losing the regain! I got this!

Hi Daizymom!  Thanks for the advice!  Yes, I synced it with my computer, but it doesn't show sleep.  I'll see if my daughter (who is more computer literate than I am) can figure out why.  She has a smart phone so maybe I can sync it to her phone.  Thanks!

Is it one that tracks sleep automatically or do you have to hit the little button on the side to start it when you lay down and stop it when you get up?  My first two fitbits required me to hold down a button when I was ready to start sleep tracking.   The fitbit alta didn't....it just decided I was asleep based on movement....or lack thereof!
