Hi Menu Crew! How is everyone? Happy Weekend! Its Photo Friday, post whatever suits you! Who's got fun weekend plans? Tonight is grocery shopping, tomorrow going over to the MIL's house for lunch and a visit and Sunday will most likely be hike the dogs and laundry, clean the house, the usual.
QOTD: Do you wear a Fitibit or other fitness tracker? I have a Fit*****arge HR that JB gave me at Christmas (thanks JB!!) when Grim got her an Apple watch. I LOVE the Charge HR, and its my fav colour PURPLE! So I gave my Fitbit Zip to my husband who was not sure he wanted to wear one, but he put it on and now he loves it! He just texted me as I am on the commuter train to work and said "how many steps do you have? I have 185, I think I need to get my butt moving! ha ha ha, its 6:10am and I have 2245 already! I love challenging my friends and my Mom & "cheering" them on with the app, it really keeps me motivated to move!!

Accountability: last night went off plan AGAIN, ate more Doritos and a couple of handfuls of chocolate covered raisin UGH!s
B: tuna with peppers & balsamic
L: take out across from work - tandoori chicken over salad greens with hot sauce
S: 2 babybel light
D: going out with hubby, think we will get Greek take out at the Mall, will have a skewer of chicken with tzatziki sauce
S: Mission one chocolate brownie bar & deli turkey breast + honey mustard before bed
TOTALS: 890 calories, 130 protein, 21 carbs
V: patches are on
L: boat loads of coffee all day + water with SF cran
E: none other than walking around the mall & grocery store
My photo today is two motivational quotes, I need these today because I am struggling with night time snacking, feeling hungry all the time, eating off plan & my weight is up a few pounds. Its my own doing and I need to get my head back in the game!!! Why can't I stick to my menu? Today's Mantra: "I will not snack tonight, I will not snack tonight, I will not snack tonight!!!"

I'm popping in the shower soon, finishing packing, and off on our Florida drive mid-morning. The photo below was taken over the holiday with DH and DD when we met DD for lunch in our former hometown. We all look happy in it I think.
QOTD: I have a Fitbit which I usually wear, but I haven't had it on since PS because I don't want to see how little I am doing. I will put it back on when cleared for more activity.

D: ???? Depends on where we stop to eat

QOTD: I also have the charge HR fitbit. I love it and hate it all at the same time. But I do like that I know easily if I have been lazy or not! It used to motivate me a lot more but less over time. My hubby has the same one he calls it his "snitch bit" instead of fit bit because it snitches on him when he isn't moving enough and I can tell on my friends list! LOL
Yesterday I stayed on plan!!! The extra food earlier made it easier for me to wait to prepare dinner and although I was still hungry, not as hungry as I had been.
Afterwork we are going out of town to the mother-in-law's house. So this weekend will be up in the air quite a bit. Hubby said he is taking me to my favorite Italian restaurant while we are out of town so I can promise I will NOT be very good then, but I will try not to be terrible.
Today I will eat plenty as well because I am going to try to eat with my work group, but I also packed left overs so will probably do 2 small lunches instead of snacks?
B: Protein Shake
L1: I think they are bringing breakfast meats like bacon and livermush. I am not sure what else but may be a biscuit! I am hoping for some type of casserole.
L2: Leftover bbq chicken and veggie casserole
S: P3 and yogurt
D: ?? Protein shake or something on the go. We will be in the car for a little over 3 hours.
