Praying for Lily... What snack habit did you cut back on? Your menu always seems so precise.... I am taming the beast as well to get back to the lower end of my maintenance range...

Happy Ground Hog Day! It's still dark here, but it's supposed to be cloudy today so I hope the ground hog doesn't see his shadow and that Spring will be coming sooner!
QOTD: Neither my daughter nor I are into football, so we don't even know when the Super Bowl is! I suppose we should find out, though, because I would like to see the puppies and kittens. Is that during half-time?

I am ready for Spring/Summer, hoping for no shadow!!!
Good morning Daisy and menu friends, I'm proud of myself this week. I have eaten on plan all week and have stayed away from carby snacking. Next week is the anniversary of my daughter's passing and I realized on the weekend that I was wanting to eat junk food for comfort. While out yesterday I found myself trying to justify why I should pick up chips and pastries. Of course none of it was for me. I resisted this urge and didn't get any. Yay win for me.
QOTD : No we don'****ch Super bowl. The getting together with friends and family is fun though. Sunday is my grandson's birth day and today is my hubby's birthday, Everyone is coming over for supper on Sunday for a birthday celebration. I am making a large pot of chilli .
