Praying for Lily... What snack habit did you cut back on? Your menu always seems so precise.... I am taming the beast as well to get back to the lower end of my maintenance range...

It was the grab a couple crackers and a spoon of peanut butter habit. I hid the offending items deep in the pantry. I stopped the trend real quick but was up about a pound and a half. So those couple extra bites don't take long to add up.

I'm late to the game, but I really hope Lily is home and resting comfortably now!!! Please send her some Boxer hugs and kisses from our two boxer girls (and Sissy the yorkie, too!)

Good Morning Daisy and Menu Family!

Happy Ground Hog Day!  It's still dark here, but it's supposed to be cloudy today so I hope the ground hog doesn't see his shadow and that Spring will be coming sooner!

QOTD:  Neither my daughter nor I are into football, so we don't even know when the Super Bowl is!  I suppose we should find out, though, because I would like to see the puppies and kittens.  Is that during half-time?

Accountability:  I am a boredom eater for sure.  

B:  bacon & spinach egg frittata

L:  Lettuce, chicken breast, cheese, dried cranberries & nuts, low cal dressing

D:  chili cheese dog

S:  Light n Fit Greek yogurt

Exercise:  exercise bike

Me, too, Daisy, but I think he saw his shadow here.  I'm afraid we're in for 6 more weeks of Winter.  Boo!

Good morning Daisy and menu friends, I'm proud of myself this week. I have eaten on plan all week and have stayed away from carby snacking. Next week is the anniversary of my daughter's passing and I realized on the weekend that I was wanting to eat junk food for comfort. While out yesterday I found myself trying to justify why I should pick up chips and pastries. Of course none of it was for me. I resisted this urge and didn't get any. Yay win for me. 

QOTD : No we don'****ch Super bowl. The getting together with friends and family is fun though. Sunday is my grandson's birth day and today is my hubby's birthday, Everyone is coming over for supper on Sunday for a birthday celebration.  I am making a large pot of chilli .

Menu 

B 2 pepperoni sticks, 1 cheese stick 

L  3 slices of deli turkey, horseradish mustard. 

D 3 oz of ham 

S  3 / 4 cup of plain Greek yogurt 

Totals 542 calories   71 grams of protein
