Some people have pets, love football, have kids, love exercise, etc.  We're not all alike and that is alright with me.

I have pets, and hate when they're not feeling well, or when they're sick.  That being said, I understand your viewpoint, as well.

Good for you for speaking your mind.  That's what we're all here for, Peach!

There's nothing wrong with not being all about the football thing and nothing wrong with you saying it's not your thing. I love pie too!

LOL, I think I do all three of those - pissed off eat, stress eat, and boredom eat. We should probably add sad eat to the list while we're at it. I need to make time for therapy...

QOTD: I'm only interested in the Super Bowl for the commercials and half time show, though I don't actually know who the half time show is slated to be this year. The Fella is SUPER into football - multiple fantasy leagues, etc, but I just can't really get into it. I DO like an excuse to drink beer and yell obscenities in public though - so I do like going out to a bar or friend's house to watch with a group. I keep telling him if he wants to do something for the big game, he has to make the plan because I just don't care enough. I might be a bad wife.

The Fella did say he wanted to eat pizza while watching the game, I guess that means we're staying home? I'm going to try making cauliflower crust pizza - we'll see if he notices.

Time since surgery: 2 years + 10 months

B: cofffffeeeeeee, baked egg and turkey sausage

S: Siggi's

L: the last of the left over honey-balsamic pulled pork

S: nuts and a string cheese

D: turkey meatballs (spaghetti for the Fella)

S: probably popcorn

V/W: on track

E: 6am yoga in the bag, now it's all about the steps

Is it Friday yet?!

Here's the pork recipe - it is really good! Super moist, etc.

I didn't do the optional sauce thickening and I used Splenda Brown Sugar instead of regular.

If you like yelling obscenities in public, just wear headphones. Yell obscenities, add the name of a team or player at the end, and make everyone think you have a game on.

Good morning everyone. Its a blustery day in the Pacific Northwest. Yesterday I was officially down my first 50 lbs. It feels good and slightly overwhelming at the same time. I went through my closet yesterday and I have 6 huge rubbermaid totes of clothes to get rid of. It feels good. I can feel my body shrinking and so emotional at the same time.

QOTD- I am not really big on football. We are pretty low key.  I plan on making some ribs for my boys and Ill probably read a book.

Yesterday I felt snacky. The head hunger is real! I think that it being cold outside didnt helped. I drank lots of hot tea yesterday. My plan for today is.

B- chicken sausage

L-3 ounces peppered turkey breast

S- chomps meat stick

D- 3 oz hamburger with

546 calories 70 protein 1.5 carbs

Lots of water and hot tea. I have my iron and calcium patch on.
