My BMI is under 30.

I use to be "Morbidly Obese"

Then I was "Obese"

Now I'm "Overweight!!"

Who ever thought that being Overweight would be so exciting!

Jackson TWH.

Pre surgery loss 20 lbs, M1-17 lb, M2-16, M3-16.2, M4-7, M5-10.8, M6-+8, M7-4, M8-

Goal 1- 50 pound loss by Jan. 1, 2018 (245.6 lbs) reached August 10, 2017

Goal 2 - 100 pound loss by June 21, 2018 (one year post op) (195.6) reached TBD

Only this group of people will understand when we shower a person with congratulations when they post they are obese or overweight, LOL.

Pretty soon at this rate you will have a normal BMI!!!

You and I are close to the same height. I am about 5 lbs away from being overweight v obese and I was excitedly telling a colleague this yesterday. She immediately told me I am not "fat." Whatever. This is the place to celebrate finally being overweight. It is a goal I understand well. Congratulations!!!!

Yeah, I get it! Every time someone tells me I'm doing great...I say "I'm getting there." I don't want to feel that I've achieved something grand until I get to my goal and stay there!
