I'm totally not allowed to complain... our low here in Northern California is 43 degrees Fahrenheit. Yesterday I got a 2 mile walk in and it was lovely. Shooting for that again, and hubby and I will hit Costco too. 

 

As for Netflix, hubby and I have wanted to watch Breaking Bad together (got about a season in so far?). Knowing our luck by the time we get around to finishing it, it'll be off Netflix (heck, it may be gone already, no clue LOL). I also have an online class that started last week and my side business to keep me busy while on my break from work post op. Plenty to do! 

B - 1/2 c. sf ff pudding with 1/2 scoop vanilla unjury

S - 16 oz crystal light

L - second half of cup of pudding from breakfast

S - 1 c. almond milk, 1 scoop chocolate splendor unjury, 2 tbsp pb2, 1 tbsp sugar free swiss miss hot chocolate mix, 5 ice cubes

D - one scoop unjury chicken broth and cup water. 

S - ff sf cup jello

Good evening again!  Can I please get off this crazy work roller coaster?? Some day maybe some day... It is so cold here as well but I am always cold will I ever stop being cold?

QOTD:  We have a Netflix account and honestly I have signed into it once to watch one movie.  My husband and daughter watch it all time he is watching The West Wing and my daughter likes comedies she has mentioned something about Kimmie Schmidt?

S: Piece of Cheese

L: 2oz ham, clementine

D: meatballs, sauce & cheese

Hello all

Horrible rotten food day today.  I am mad at myself.  One bad choice led to several more.  I'm not even going to post what I ate, but will post the totals..I did enter it into myfitnesspal.  I only have good food in my house and I am not going anywhere until I go to work on Friday night so I know I will behave the rest of the week.

Ugh...I am so mad at myself and I feel miserable too.  I don't even have a reason for it...I should have eaten something before I left my house.  I had to go to court with my niece today and we didn't get out of there until 11:00, by then I was starving and the bad choices started.

Anyway this is the damage I did today:
