Good morning everyone!
We're getting a little bit of snow this morning, which will make the dog happy, but it's not much and the grass is still poking through. We'll probably head out for groceries in a bit and beyond that my day is more job searching, cleaning and exercising.
QOTD Another vote for Troll Hunters. My BF and I just finished watching it too and he loved it. It was cute but he would always want to watch at least one episode beyond my ability to stay awake so I did miss a bit of it. Prior to that we watched the Walking Dead. I know we are way behind on that one but once we started we really got into it and now it's hard not to hear about the current season. Two other Netflix series that I really like are Orange is the New Black and Grace and Frankie.
B- coffee w/ sf hazelnut
L- leftover cajun chicken w/ sour cream
D- ribs
S- protein drink

Hope everyone has the kind of day they can be proud of!

Good morning Daisy and menu friends, Yes we are definitely having a cold spell but the one good thing about it is the glorious sun has been shining. The temperature was pretty mild for a while but it was dull and dreary.
Yay for not snacking last night, I was strong last night and stayed committed to myself as well. One day at a time, I can handle one day.
QOTD : We don't have Netflix but we do have Crave TV. I watched it nonstop when we first got it, binge on TV series. I haven'****ched it for a long time. Time to Check out what's new.
Menu : weight 148 lbs

L Shrimp with ****tail sauce
S 3 slices of deli turkey
D 1 Oz of ground turkey, 1 /2 cup of spaghetti sauce
S 3 / 4 cup of plain Greek yogurt

Have a good day everyone.
Good morning everyone, first time posting here. I have been reading almost daily since November and finally decided that I need that accountability as well. I'm a revision so I have been down a similar road before and want to make better, sustainable choices this time! BTW, I live in the SW part of Alabama so I feel a little bad reading everyone's posts about the snow/wind chills - I think our high today is in the mid 70's.
QOTD: I'm a sports fanatic so I don'****ch a whole lot of Netflix. However, the most recent Netflix binge for me was Breaking Bad. It really was like seeing a really gruesome accident - each episode I would sit and think "WTH" but yet I couldn't stop watching it. I think I made it through all 5 seasons in 2 weeks. I also loved Stranger Things.
Today's Menu:
B: Premier Protein Shake
L: 1/2 cup homemade Greek yogurt
S: 1 oz. chicken breast
D: Most likely another protein shake because work is ridiculous and I didn't pack anything else.
S: Pepper Jack string cheese - if needed
Vitamins: Just started the patches about 2 weeks ago - I'm so in love!!!
Water: Never an issue on weekdays. Weekends, different story!
Jackie
Welcome, Jackie! Thanks for posting.
I, living in western Texas, also feel bad about all of the yucky weather everyone else has!!!
Glad to have ya!
