All Star Health rocks as my source for Syntrax powder and Quest and Oh Yeah bars.
Netrition is a good place for bariatric friendly food in general. They have flat fee shipping of $5.99....but it works out their prices are good.
Do you have Trader Joe's, GNC, Vitamin Shop? They all have protein bars. I think Vitamin Shop has the largest selection... and as said always good to try before you commit...

I get my Premier Protein bars at Amazon. Love the Fiber Crisp but they only have 15 grams of protein. The have another with more protein but almost 300 calories. I usually have a fiber crisp in my bag in case I get stuck at work with no good choices.

Low glycemic index, 20g of protein, delicious. (but 280 cals, so a meal replacement more than a small snack)

Hi,
Costco has their own which aren't terrible but the best I've tried overall is Quest. BUT WAIT! I got yelled at by the pros (long termers) on this site for eating a protein bar. I listened to them and found out they were right. They are too dense and too difficult for RNY in general. You can cut them into 8 pieces and bake them a short while. That way, one becomes a snack (1/8th). Otherwise, expect to gain weight or save more for when you reach your goal!
In general agree BUT if you find yourself in a situation where there are no good food choices a high protein protein bar totally beats any fast food out there. I always have a protein bar in my bag.
