Good morning!! Yesterday was busy and productive, so today is going to be nice and relaxing. No football today, but happy to be a couch potato to catch up on all my shows and putz around the house. I've been queasy from antibiotics so my menu yesterday didn't really go over too well. Hoping it's better today.

QOTD- I think have every kitchen gadget/appliance known to man and I still use my crockpot more than any of the others. I have really enjoyed using the air fryer lately. It's all glass so you can see the food cooking which is awesome. My next big purchase will be an Apple watch. I have a fitbit and I like it, but I like all the features of the Apple watch and it would connects to my iPhone yada yada....

Good afternoon menu crew!

Well I hit a milestone yesterday- I managed to get all my protein in without protein shakes or protein powder. I was very pleased with myself. 

We went to church this morning and this afternoon we are going out to eat with my family for my son's 18th birthday. He knows his grandparents are coming- my mom and her husband plus my dad. He doesn't know that my sister and her family as well as my brother are coming. So he will be very happy to see everyone. 

QOTD- right now we are saving for our trip to South Carolina in April. 

Breakfast - Skyr Yogurt with sf raspberry jam

Snack - 100 grams of shrimp

Lunch - to be determined

Supper - Sole

After I log all of this in MFP, I will see where I'm at for protein and add in a shake of necessary

Good morning! Yesterday was pretty uneventful which was nice. Today will probably be much of the same. Currently I'm making banana bread and muffins for my hubby and Em. 

QOTD: I'm trying to put some extra money away for the upcoming trip to Vegas. I've tossed around the idea of the instant pot too but haven't bought one yet.

Menu: B: latte, eggbeaters, bacon, orange and some trail mix L: spaghetti squash casserole (squash with grilled chicken, Alfredo sauce and mozz cheese all baked to a yummy goodness!) S: latte, yogurt, Buddig meat pack D: shredded pork lettuce leaf tacos (topped with cheese and sour cream)

7 miles done this morning

vitamins and water on track.

QOTD:  no saving.  I already own every appliance known to man.

B:  1 egg, 1 slice bacon, 1/2 piece toast with sf jam, coffee with Fairlife

L:  Dannon Light & Fit raspberry greek yogurt

D:  Pulled chicken with cauliflower rice

S:  Syntrax fuzzy navel, maybe another yogurt

Totals:  674 Calories. 81 Protein 53 Carbs 13 fat (based on 2 yogurts)

Finally (barely) an upside-down one-derland...
