I ordered some Crio Bru too after the discussion the other day...I already own a french press- actually several of them. I used to use them for my coffee pre-Keurig days... since I was only making coffee for myself. I did not buy the variety pack I bought a french roast one... I like that in coffee, so figured I'd go for it... It arrives today!

I tried the Mayan one today.   It was great!  It has a little kick to it - must have some cayenne pepper in it.  The chocolate flavor in that one is milder than in the one from Ghana that I tried yesterday.  That one (from Ghana) was a little bitter, so I added a little ground cinnamon and vanilla powder (along with some half & half) - perfect!  I just put half & half in the Mayan one, though.

btw - I just noticed they have a Facebook page.  I read through part of their timeline and noticed they now sell their products at Vitamin Shoppe and Target online, too (not Target stores, though).  Hmmm....more places to order from!

Can I ask what LaLaLand is? Real or just in your mind??? LOL

Yay!!! for renting the condo! and Northeast in general has best diners....

So I don't feel like I am off the rails in any way....but my weight is sitting at the high end of where I like and doesn't seem to want to budge. Right now it is more quality than quantity... 2 days of making some Fast Food choices- Chipoltle  bowl no rice -eaten over 3 meals, only 8 frozen yogurt, and last night my girlfriend wanted to go for pizza, so I had salad and one slice...haven't had pizza since August when Daisy came to visit me... so high salt...higher fat...higher carb ...but within my calories on MFP, no bathroom happening, and up 3lbs today.... This is why I weigh daily... accountability to myself and constant re-evaluation. So while not eating too much, eating out isn't helping me...

QOTD: Hmmmmm Right now I would like to save up for some sunshiney place... Already have an Instant Pot...

B: Coffee Latte w/fairlife and Miralax eggs w/cheese

L: Eggplant Parm with some added protein powder in the sauce. This is the dinner I planned yesterday until my girlfriend called- it is from a healthy take out place called Pro-Portion. They are WW friendly and give you points and calories of everything... but still take out, but it is there and I am eating it(still don't want to waste food and it is yummy) ...Pro-Portion is where I get my 'heroin' fix of only 8 frozen yogurt...low calorie but no nutritional value...

D: Pork Loin and veggie

Snacks: Protein drink, Chai latte, PB on a spoon

Ex: 21 day fix

Good morning JB and my weekend peeps.

I'm really feeling pretty good today.  I've been avoiding the menu threads because I just feel so out of control and I've been living with my head under a rock since the holidays.  I've not given up, and I keep making myself come back because I know if I walk away from you guys and your support it will just be a downhill spiral.  It really doesn't help that things have been super busy and stressful for me at home and work, but I'm really going to try to get back on the horse.

I started a new medication that is prescribed for binge eating disorder today, and I started back into therapy last week, and I'm feeling so much better today.  better than I have in a long, long time.

So, I don't have a good plan for the day, but honestly this medication seems to be working and I have no desire to eat at all.  What that means is that I am going to have to plan and make myself eat.

So, congrats on renting your condo!  That is a huge thing, and I'm sure that next month when you get your rent money you will be able to get a little bit and splurge on that instant pot.  I just bought myself a hoover carpet cleaner from Amazon.  It's very important now that I have a potty training puppy in the house.  I think my spending will be put on hold for a little bit while I manage the added costs of therapy and medications, since I haven't hit my deductible and I'll be paying out of pocket for a bit.  But hubby and I are talking about going to Vegas in December for a long weekend, so I'm sneaking a bit of money aside every check to try to get enough to not have to charge anything by December.

nearly 18 months since surgery

B: light and fit greek yogurt and lots of coffee with SF creamer

L: Unsure, but probably some turkey deli meat roll ups

D: I have chicken breast, pork chops and a half ham defrosting in my fridge.  I will make something from one of those.

I am logging and tracking everything, but weekends are hard.  today is my cooking day and I'll be food prepping for the week as well.

Have a great Sunday everyone!

Good morning. Needed a new belt (big NSV as my arm is tired of punching extra holes with my leather punch). There aren't any Big and Tall stores locally except DXL and there quality stinks, so drove 20 miles to Lombard.  My first chance to try the adaptive cruise control on my new outback. Was cool. Went to a fish house out that way for dinner. Had Walleye - yum.

QOTD. New clothes, but fun savings - I do want to add footwell lights and upgrade to auto dimming side view mirrors on the new outback. So I guess those are it.

B Chicken and cheddar omelette

L premier protein shake  and cup lentil soup

D fish taco using leftover Walleye and low carb tortilla with a little salsa.  Steamed broccoli and cauliflower

S Halo Top Mint ice cream 4 oz

Good morning everyone!

Yesterday was...a day. Nothing exciting really. So far today is cleaning and laundry so once again nothing exciting really. I'll be going to my sisters house a little later on to get a second opinion on a few versions of my resume I've been working on in an effort to move into a different industry.

QOTD With my last job I had a company vehicle and since I stopped working there we've been relying on my BFs truck so once I start working again a vehicle for me will the next big purchase.

When I started typing I wasn't sure of my food plan for the day and I wasn't in the mood to think about it but I realize that's exactly why I should so...

B- coffee w/ sf hazelnut

L- 3 slices of ham and one laughing cow wedge, 2ts grainy dijon mustard

D- ribs 3oz

S- salted caramel smooth cottage cheese, protein drink

Totals 636 cal, 70g protein, 16g carbs

Have a great Sunday!

My next purchase is something I have been wanting for a very long time. No one in my house listens  to me. I want a necklace like Carrie had on Sex and the City. But of course it will say Susan. I have been telling everyone this in my house. So I am going to get it myself.
