I don't have a picture of my favorite mug, but it's big, blue, and says, "I don't do mornings!" on the front. I like the size and shape of it.
All of your menus made me want to eat, lol. I'm on Day 18 of my pre-op Optifast diet, so I'm eating: Optifast shakes (4), clear chicken broth, 2 cups roasted broccoli/green peppers, hot lemon water.
I'm flying out to Toronto in 3 days for my surgery, which takes place in 4 days time, on Feb. 1st, hopefully. I've been sick with a cold that triggered my asthma all week but am starting to cough less. No fever or anything so I was told I would likely still get surgery but they need to check me out first. I'm very excited but also a little scared that it will be cancelled. I can't believe how fast the 3 weeks of Opti went by; only 3 more days of it now!

I'm either very late or very early for tomorrow. I love the Star Trek shakers! I should start using my Dr Who TARDIS mug more often. I have these 20 ounces mugs I use for everything. It's sad as I only put 8 ounces in them now.
