Love the mug! I always ahted things where I had to get a tshirt with a group. They never get them big enough for me!

Good Saturday morning! Cold (39 degrees)and sunny again here. We are heading to the beach with the dogs in a little bit. This definitely calls for Starbucks!!!

QOTD- yes, I have several favorite mugs! I have one for coffee, another for tea and another favorite for work. I can't just use any mug. Nothing particularly fun or cute about any of them so not picture worthy. 

2+ months since surgery!

b-coffee w/ heavy cream, sf hazelnut, Starbucks cappuccino

l- fried beef bologna w/ low fat cheddar and mustard

d- TJ's pork belly done in the air fryer, cilantro lime dressing, avocado

V/l good- I tried smar****er Thursday and have been able to drink it for 3 days now! Plain water! I hope it lasts, it tastes really good. 

E- beach walk with pups

Good morning everyone!

My sister got a Fitbit yesterday and sent me a friend request (I didn't know that was a thing) and I'm excited for the additional accountability. We're both competitive people so I think it will be really good for both of us. She has started asking for some advice about her diet and when I started with the basic "reduce your carbs and increase protein" she tells me she's been drinking a protein shake for breakfast for the past 2 years. She had no idea on the stats though and when she got home and texts me "220 cals, 5.5g protein and 20g sugar". Yikes!! I gave her a few samples to try but she likes hers the best. No kidding!! It's got 19 more grams of sugar than the ones I have. Anyway, it's fun to talk with her about it and we've started planning some activities that neither of our significant others will be interested in. 

QOTD I broke my previous favourite mug two years ago so last Christmas asked for a new one with the only specification that is was big. My sister gave me 3 "mugs", one that wasn't big at all but she thought was cute, one good sized Christmas one and one that wasn't actually a mug but a small pitcher. The thought was there but the execution was flawed. Lol. I just recently used this years Christmas money to buy a new thermal mug that I use whether I'm going out or not. It's just a plain shiny red one but it holds 24oz and fits in a cup holder so it's my new favourite.

Not much planned for today except probably getting together with friends tonight. Not sure if that will include dinner so for now....

Good morning all.

QOTD - I don't drink anything out of a mug.  Love the smell of coffee but my stomach and my taste buds dont really like it.  But I do love cappuccino...but will not be drinking anymore of that.  Too many calories for me :(

Today's menu:

Breakfast - Greek yogurt, Turkey Stick

Lunch - 6 oz shrimp, riced cauliflower, 1 wedge laughing cow cheese

Snack - 6 oz shrimp

Dinner - 6 oz Turkey breast, riced cauliflower, 1 wedge laughing cow cheese,  romaine lettuce salad w/ cucumber, green pepper, red onion

Calories - 1013, Protein - 160, Carbs - 52, Fat - 14

Good morning! Not much planned for the day, which is nice because my work week was brutal so I need to recharge. 

QOTD: I do have favorite mugs I use at home. For my morning coffee I use a huge Frozen one that I got at the Disney store. Originally I had a Minnie Mouse one that my hubby bought but Em dropped it and it broke. It is the perfect size so I had to buy another one. In the evening I have a few I rotate (an emoji one, a Dennys one, a few others I've received from friends).

Menu: B: latte, eggbeaters, turkey sausage, 1/2 an orange L: TBD as I'm not sure if we will be out but if I'm home albacore tuna mixed with hot mustard and put on some lettuce leaves and carrots, S: latte, yogurt and Pork rinds D: spaghettit squash with Alfredo sauce, grilled chicken and mozzarella cheese and a decaf latte later. 

7 miles done this morning, water and vits on track.

I make a casserole type thing. Naked spaghetti squash along the bottom of. 13x9 dish, top with Alfredo sauce, diced grilled chicken and then topped with mozzarella cheese and then baked at around 375 for about a half hour. I even freeze individual portions before it goes bad.

My husband loves to try new brunch places. He can't resist, and he drags me along for company! He knows I'll only eat an egg with bacon, but he insists! LOL I guess I'm not the adventurous type when it comes to new restaurants. :) 

Basic unplanned kinda day. Not really feeling up to par, so I'm expecting some type of "comfort food" to happen.

Breakfast: Bacon/gruyere egg bites

Lunch: Chicken tortilla soup

Dinner: Steak is planned, not sure from where.

Snacks will be turkey bites, yogurt, cheese stick.

 

Here's my favorite mug, since I'm a football kinda girl. This is the only mug in the house that no one touches. :)

P.S. I LOVE those S&P shakers!!
