What's on your menu today (PHOTO FRIDAY) RNYers?

Hi Everyone! Friday, whoo!
Here is a funny little beach pic from 2 years ago in ***** Cana DR. I was with my BFF and we took a pic of our shadows on the beach. Can you guess who belongs to the thicker legs? It's funny because previous to this pic, I had lost a lot with the lapband and was mostly maintaining for a long time (never got to goal, but I was ok). But when the side effects started getting so bad, I was really unable to eat anything healthy without puking. I was eating more slider foods and quickly gaining. It was the pictures from this trip that really made me realize that I was not just in physical pain from the band, but I was fat again! I started the process for revision not long after returning.
I really appreciate this QOTD, because I think we can get caught up in reading all of these perfectly well thought out menus and think we are the only one who doesn't stick to it. Not me, that's for sure! I find that the structure of packing all of my meals for the day with me in the morning really, really helps. I never buy lunch out and I am generally satisfied with what I bring. And I always have a protein bar and extra meat stick with me for a "just in case" if the day goes longer than I expected, or if it's just a giant pouch day. Sometimes I get caught up in the office treats--I can almost always guarantee a stray on Wednesdays, which is when we have that crazy meeting with the snacks. However, I really have a hard time sticking to a plan during more unstructured times. It's why I started the weekend menu post. And I will be honest when I say that my weekend menus have been waaaaaay "off" more than "real", lately. It's an honest plan when I make it, but life gets in the way and I allow my menus to drift in a way that I didn't used to.
Here is today's plan:
B: Fit Frappe Coffee, regular iced coffee with skim milk and sweetners & Sargento Balanced break
S: Updated to say I never ate my intended a.m. snack. Too busy and not hungry so I'm going with it!
L: Italian Sausage
S: Noosa Blueberry Yogurt
D: Grilled Chicken
- High Weight before LapBand: 200 (2008)

- Lowest post-op weight: 110 (2016)
- Maintenance Weight: 120 (2017-2019)

I would never have looked at this pic and thought - Oh, one set of shadows has bigger legs... you are too funny. But YAY for revelation and getting rid of that damn Lapband...
