I am so attracted to water... I'd be happy on a lake too... water relaxes me and when I'm near it I feel most at peace.

Good Morning Everyone!!

Love the pics.  Will try to post some after work.  I usually stray off plan, but make the adjustment in MFP if I am tracking.  For instance last night had 1 oz of pretzels w/cream cheese instead of a small salad with dressing.  I gave up healthy complex carbs for crap carbs. But because I am tracking, I didn't graze for hours.

B:  chicken salad using celery sticks as a spoon

L:  chicken salad

D: 2 eggs w/feta, spinach and hot sauce

S: summer sausauge w/cream cheese

S: protein shake in my coffees all day

T: 1087 calories, 109 protein, 39 carbs, 60 fat

I made the chicken salad and tasted it and decided to have it for breakfast, then the planned lunch.  I hope to have eggs for dinner but I might fall prey to chicken salad for dinner.  It is crunchy, interesting texture and healthy. Canned chicken, grapes, walnuts, celery and Dannon Greek yogurt.

It is friday, yahoo!!!!!!!!! So ready for friday

Hello strangers! How I've been missing my OH friends, so I wanted to stop by this morning - no better day than a Photo Friday! I don't actually like the beach when I go to the beach, so we don't do much hanging out on the sand or anything - my photos are from *****oteague this past fall, the first a sunset cruise, the second my nieces being excited for PONIES!

Ha, Daisy, do I stray? Oh good god, yes I stray far too often. While I was losing actively I was super strict - maybe 90-95% of the time I stayed super true - but as I've gotten further and further out the more often I was straying and not tracking and making poor choices. I feel like a broken record to be honest. Which got me from the 160s, where I was comfortable in my health and my skin, back to the 190s, where I was decidedly UNCOMFORTABLE. But the good news is I'm losing and working on my positive habits around food, eating, and stress management and things are going in the right direction.

One of the things I've realized about myself throughout this whole WLS/life experience is that I need OUTSIDE forces to keep me on track - so I'm actually using Weigh****chers right now to track and stay accountable - PAYING for a tracking mechanism makes a world of difference for me (read Better than Before by Gretchen Rubin if you have any interest in habits). 

Time since surgery: 2 years and 10 months

B: egg cup - Eggbeater with turkey sausage backed in a little Pyrex cup!

S: Siggi's yogurt

L: cottage cheese and an apple with PB

S: 100 calorie pack of cashews and a string cheese

D: crock pot taco chili

S: popcorn and maybe Halo Top

V: started

W: working on it

E: good question! I love having my FitBit buzz to remind me to move every hour and today I'm going to try to actually get the 250 steps every hour, but meeeeeeetings kill me.

Is it 5pm yet? I'm so ready for the weekend!

I must make hubby take me to *****oteague too. I'd love to see the ponies but hubby would be bored out of his mind so then we'd go to a gunshop  so I could be bored out of my mind too! Lots of give and take here for sure.
