Love the pics so far can't wait to see the rest! No big plans this weekend so far.
QOTD: I stray....rarely for breakfast, lunch, or snack but frequently at dinner. Which I know is my problem area. Before seeing the nutritionalist I was rarely eating breakfast or lunch so I have added small things there and that is fine. BUT... at dinner plans change a lot and if we end up going to another family member's house to eat, or go out to eat, or don't have time to cook...then I go off plan. For instance yesterday I did eat my menu except I added garlic bread to my dinner and had a 2nd helping of spaghetti (not the portion control I was trying for!)
Menu:
B: Protein shake
L: Baked spaghetti (damn those carbs) and probably a dessert :/
as I have mentioned Friday we eat together at work and I have not been good at sticking to plan there so I am allowing myself to partake in this until I start my pre-op diet
D: P3 pack and yogurt
S: Protein shake
I actually saved a few pictures before coming to work! Can't get on facebook where most of them are once getting to work.
So....
Here is one of my family at the beach last year and one of me and my daughter at Carowinds where we spent a lot of time last summer. I was going to add some disney pics but most are just of my daughter! I am a teacher so I love to go and do things during the summer.

Morning!
No big plans tonight, but one of my sisters is coming over for the evening tonight, to play with some oil paints we got for Christmas.
Qotd: I'd say I stick to my menu about 80%. But when I stray, it's usually to something else that was in my weekly menu rotation. Or a last minute invite to go somewhere else. It all gets adjusted in MFP.
I'm having a tricky time with getting photos on my iPad, the first is a repeat, it's where I love to go camping. The second is by the river near my parents farm. The third is from our last trip to the east coast. I swear I have pics with me in them, but I can't get to them !
