You will notice "QOTD" which stands for Question of the Day.  Every day Daisy, or the person who starts off the thread, posts an interesting Question of the Day.  Fridays are Photo Fridays and the day we post photos (photos are welcome other days as well).  Today's theme was beach photos.  Any other abbreviations you are wondering about, just ask.  Everyone here is very supportive and helpful!  Glad to have you aboard!

It's a fun group - I had VSG, but I started posting here a while ago.  Love the discussions, meal ideas and pictures.  Just reply to the post with your thoughts of the day, comments on QOTD, and your meal plan for the day (in whatever format you are comfortable with).
