OMG thank you!! It always takes that first brave soul to come clean. I'm only 3 months post op, down 45 lbs and feel great. But I stray my pouch isn't that sensitive so unfortunately it's easy. Thank god I get full quick so can't eat a whole bunch, but I stray. I live in Toronto but haven't heard of cinnamon somersaults. Not sure if I ask anymore info on that lol

Somersaults come in chocolate too. Love them. Buy them at Target which I know you don't have. They are saved for an occasional, or road trip snack... while I don't feel they effect the scale negatively for me, I try to limit snack foods and I basically have a hard time controlling myself to not eat the whole bag. See Kat W's post from yesterday on substituting the word 'Heroin" in your thinking.

Good morning menu crew!
I'm in the strict stage right now so no straying for me. The hardest thing for me right now is realizing that tiny amount of food is going to fill me up. I've had a couple of incidents where I ate too much so I'm learning the hard way. But believe me, the lesson is learned.
Breakfast- 1 poached egg
Lunch - Skyr Yogurt with SF Raspberry jam and protein powder
Dinner- probably leftover chilli
Scale is at 266.8 today, up from 266.3 yesterday. Drinking my miralax right now.
I love the beach. We actually do have beaches near us but they're fresh water of course. I live very close to Lake Ontario. Fresh water beaches are okay but ocean beaches are amazing. I would love to live close to the beach, somewhere where it's warm all year long. I love your jumping pic Daisy- so much joy!
My pic is a collage- my hubby is not a beach guy so most of the pics are from a couple of cruises I've done with my girlfriends. The top left is at a beach on Lake Simcoe last summer. We took our kids, barbecued on the beach and had an amazing day. The 2 with me and 2 other girls x2 is in Honduras. They have a beach chair- like a ski lift - that takes you from the port to the beach. It was pretty cool. And I think the other 2 are in Cozumel but I have to look again.

I too have a group of women, and we get together every year or two, but we only do VRBO rentals and usually just spend our time talking walks, shopping, and eating. This year it'll happen in Broken Bow, OK, so I'm kind of the 'hostess'. I'm getting excited, and trying to think of things to bring each person as a little souvenir of our trip!
