What's on your menu today (PHOTO FRIDAY) RNYers?

Good morning menu crew! Its Friday & its PHOTO FRIDAY, post your beach vacation pics today! I so need this weekend to rest and rejuvenate! Who has fun plans for the weekend? Hubby and I are taking my Mom & Dad out for dinner tomorrow night for Mom's bday. Although they are "calling" for snow and white out conditions. I can drive in snow but not white outs, way to dangerous!!! So will have to play it by ear, bummer b/c I am looking forward to it. I need to do some menu planning this weekend, I need some variety and I need to find some crock pot recipes that I can make for me & hubby.
QOTD: How much do you stick to your posted menu that you post here daily? How much do you stray? I think there a lot of us that stray. I stray! Not daily but I do. Last night for example. Hubby and I have just discovered cinnamon Sommersaults here in Canada (OMG OMG OMG good!). The stats are not great so any newbies looking to STOP your weight loss go ahead and have some. But I bought a bag last week, discovered they are amazing but the stats suck so gave them to hubby, he took them as a snack to Jury Duty. So I come home last night tired & grumpy (did I mention tired?) and he had gone and bought 2 more bags. I had some, got RH bad and fell asleep on the couch feeling like **** So ya I stray. Why do I stray, b/c this post op life **** is hard, b/c I am human, b/c I suffer from obesity, b/c I love sweets, b/c I had a rotten day and was tired and grumpy and having a few handfuls of sommersaults seemed like a better meal than a freaking chicken breast or a bowl full of hamburger meat (I was wrong but you get the point)!!!! Oh ya and I am up 1.2 pounds today. Damn freaking Sommersaults!! So because we are all friends, because we all need each other for help & support, please be honest and tell us do you stray? No judgement here, just honesty and sharing our experiences with each other, I know some of you don't stray and we bow down to you but for the rest of you, please share! Thanks!

My Beach Vacation pics: Last April 2016 hubby and I went to Cocoa Beach Florida, it was an AWESOME vacation. We are looking at going again this year if we can swing it financially in August or September maybe. First pic is me super happy and "jumping" for joy, its kind of our "thing" we always do a "jump" pic whenever we go to a beach, and second pic is of me and my hubby doing a selfie with the waves behind us, we were getting ready to go for a run. For the record, beach running on sand is HARD, I was is such good shape after that vacation!

Wonderful pictures!
I am going to have fun running errands and possibly go shopping with DD. I haven't really been out since PS 16 days ago so I am STIR-CRAZY!
QOTD: I stray a lot from my posted menu, mostly via substitutions, but also with snacks (eating more of them or stuff less healthy). One thing OH has reinforced is to forgive myself and get back on the cart right away (not tomorrow or next week or next month), so that helps. Also, daily weighing definitely helps me nip that straying in the bud if it happens too many days in a row. I suspect that this will happen more the further out I am from surgery, so I am hoping my new tools and OH will bring me back on line!
B: eggbeaters and cottage cheese
L: tuna salad, pickles and cottage cheese
D: Bison taco meat, cheddar and guacamole (unless DD visits in which case we wI'll probably go out to dinner)
S: protein bar, cheese, jerky meat
The first picture was taken in Nantucket on DH and my 35th anniversary. The second was at Thanksgiving on Fort Myers beach in Florida:

You look amazing Liz, your bathing suit is exactly what I want! You must tell where you got it! You and your hubby look so happy! Keep up the awesome work!
Thanks Daisy! Landsend (I get most of my suits from there). I was about 5-6 pounds more when that was taken. I tried on bathing suits this weekend and they didn't look good compared to that picture. I'm a little underweight now due to PS.

Morning DD2.
No beach pictures!!!!!
QOTD: As you know, I don't post what I THINK I am going to eat today. I don't "prelog" much anymore. I log as I eat, and sometimes I catch up later in the day with MFP. Prelogging helped A LOT in that first year, as far as keeping me on track. Now I can stray a lot on any given day, and make a correction the next day. As long as I average things out, I don't sweat the day to day stuff. But I never, EVER, strayed while I was still losing. I was a machine until I was well past goal.
Here is EXACTLY what I ate yesterday.
