You might be still getting over what you had over the last week. I've been feeling blaaa too. I need to have labs done. I thought my surgeon was going to check them at some point but I guess not.
QOTD: I would sample for sure!! I wouldn't completely indulge but definitely a bite or 2.
B - Coffee w/creamer, Unjury chicken soup protein
L - Chicken and sausage gumbo
S - cheese & beef stick
D - Chicken & sausage gumbo
Sleeved 8/1/16

Good morning, menu family! I see those cupcakes, but the more I look at them, the more uneasy my stomach feels, even though the thought of sweet bacon treats makes my mouth water. What's up with that??? seriously, my tummy doing flip flops the more that I look at that photo!
QOTD: I'm early out, so I eat mostly protein. My absolute favorite food is brisket. So.....when I got to a function where brisket is there, I eat it! Sweets...i used to love sweets. Not sure how I will react to sweets, but I might try a bite just so I don't agonize over not trying it.
Have to share a couple NSV's: I went to another hole in my belt...the waist is getting smaller and smaller. And...I used to sweat a lot, even when I was trying to put my makeup on. Now, I hardly ever sweat unless I'm really working hard. So, it's so much more fun to put my face on every morning!
Time since RNY: 8 weeks
Weight today: 204 (still not moving, but the waist is getting smaller)
B: Boiled egg, sausage links
S: String cheese, hard salami
L: Steak, A.1.
S: String cheese, hard salami, boiled egg (maybe)
D: No carb meatloaf, green beans
Totals: 906 cal, 11 carb, 68 protein
Have a great day, y'all!
**ETA: that second boiled egg is going to be a no-go! I think the reason my tummy is flip flopping is because of the first boiled egg in my menu, not the cupcake picture. The eggs were an after-thought this morning as I was packing DH's lunch, so I'll save them all for him! UGH~I am feeling like crap.

Oh, I plan on staying away from them. I don't know how they will make me feel, first off. Secondly, I don't want to find out. Maybe when all of the excess weight is gone, I might try, but I still don't know about that! I'm soooooo committed to be healthy right now....not sure how my perception will change later on. I know that I can stay away from sweets and treats for the rest of my life. At least that's how I feel right now.

Good morning. Never had a bacon topped cupcake, but it sounds good.
QOTD - Been there, done that. Take a bite and move on. My wife is a wonderful baker, so during the holidays I ate my favorite peanut chew. I just nibbled a bit of the top and tossed the rest out. It was perfect. I didn't feel deprived, but I didn't have more than 10g of sugar or 10g of fat. We'll see what happens when I'm faced with the dreaded Garrett's popcorn. During the holidays I saw a bucket, but it was way too soon even to goof around with that stuff.
B - Fage greek yogurt, a tiny bit of smashed banana (about 1/6th of a banana), flax, pb2
L - Left over zucchini stir fry with Vegan Chicken bites
D - Low sodium turkey with mustard and veggies; pork rinds; laughing cow cheese; Puffin 15 calorie cracker to eat meat.
S - premier banana shake; chicken jerky
